Luke has attended two callouts at our house in the past week and has been a pleasure to deal with. Prompt and professional response and communicated with us regarding arrival times and any changes. He fitted a new motorised zone valve in a tight space in an airing cupboard and wired it into the control box himself. Luke resolved some drainage issues on the outside pipe system and removed blockages. I would highly recommend Luke for all plumbing and associated works.

The engineer who installed my new boiler faced some challenges because the boiler was a different size and model, but they solved the problem with wisdom and patience. We also had trouble finding the tap to shut off the water, but the engineer was thorough and even went downstairs to check. I really appreciate the hard work put in from early morning until 2:30. Definitely deserves 5 stars!
